On Friday 12th June around 150 Great Bookham Belles, guests and friends were treated to an exclusive Singalong screening of Mamma Mia at Manor House Barn in Little Bookham.
This was the Great Bookham Belles first fundraiser for their WI and it was a huge success. Some came dressed for the occasion including platform boots!!
Ladies watched the film on the big screen – singing out to every song, wine was flowing and cinema snacks and sweets were on offer and a fabulous time was had by all.
The Belles raised over £570 which was great going for their first time.
President Amanda Edge said ‘It was an extraordinary evening, the barn was full of laughter, singing and dancing. Well done to all of the Committee and on behalf of the Belles I would like to thank all those who came to support us.’
