Showing The Love

We were definitely ‘showing the love’ this month as our refreshments took on the WI Valentine theme of green hearts in line with the National WI campaign ‘Show The Love’ a campaign to call for action on climate change.  See more at: Show The Love.

We were delighted to welcome some new members at the meeting, where guest speaker Eddie Hyde, local photographer, gave the Bookham Belles some fantastic tips on photography. We learned that a common misconception is that the best setting for photographs is a sunny day and in fact a cloudy day will give far better lighting.  Our website photographer is enrolling in some lessons from Eddie!!
