Our trip to the encore screening live feed of the ENO Gilbert and Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance will take place on Friday 19th June at Leatherhead Theatre at 7.15pm and it’s sung in English

Directed by Mike Leigh, this easy little opera is a riot of fun and familiar songs.Robert Murray plays innocent young pirate and Rebecca de Pont Davies the older woman with designs on him. It runs for 2 and a quarter hours so we will be finished by 9.45pm.
