Leatherhead Theatre have given us a fabulous offer for tickets to see the Live Feed of the musical Everyone’s Talking about Jamie on Monday 16th July. This was a WI meeting date, but our lovely Committee have changed it so we can go to this show if we choose to!

This musical is being shown at the Apollo theatre to marvellous reviews….think  Billy Elliot with a dash of Kinky Boots thrown in….and at only£8 a ticket, this is a real bargain (Dorking are charging £17)

I am going to run this one as a social and will arrange to meet everyone in the bar beforehand at 6.30pm so we can actually chat over a drink, rather than just file into the theatre and really experience the West End feel ( but spend a LOT less and be home by 10.30pm)

I have already sold 112 tickets outside of the WI and expect this to be really popular with our WI members and their friends, so it would help me a lot if groups among you could book together….and that way I’m less likely to get in a muddle.  I will be at the meeting on 18th June and will give tickets out in exchange for cash for any that prefer this….provided I know in advance how many to buy for by Thursday 14th June.
