A few Bookham Belles WI members are taking part in this walking event and would be very pleased if more would like to join them! Gill Phipps is doing the 10k route and Sue Farmer and Claire Thomas are doing the 5km route (3miles). It’s on Sunday 3rd Sept at Denbies 11am to 4pm to raise funds for the charity Look Good Feel Better, supporting women with cancer. It’s £20 entry fee for 10km (6miles) or 5 km (3 miles) route around the area.
I guess any additional sponsorship is optional. Some free music, wine tasting (probably a shot glass full ladies before you get too excited!) and a goody bag at the end. A cream tea is £5 extra! Dogs welcome.
